My name is Erika Ruszinyak and I have been living in the South West of England since 2018. I feel so lucky to be one of the first Certified Spinal Flow Practitioners in the area, and also the first Hungarian Spinal Flow Practitioner. I've created this website to reach out to more and more people to have the Spinal Flow experience.
On my own healing and learning journey with Spinal Flow, I learned to connect with my body on a deeper level and listen to her. I learned to honor my body and her needs.
Awakening and giving way to the self-healing power inherent in our body is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.
